- Why can't I buy the food direct from Flint
River Ranch's web site? Up until 2006 Flint River Ranch did
not have a corporate web site for customers. All distributors now
have access to a replicated corporate web site, but many choose to
continue to maintain their own personal distributor sites.
- Why do distributors offer discounts on Flint
River Ranch food? Some distributors offer discounts out of
their own pockets in order to attract customers who they hope will
reorder from them regularly. Every distributor who offers a discount
loses money on the first order. The longer a distributor has been
in business, generally the larger his or her customer base, therefore
the larger discount he or she can afford to offer. All distributors
order at the same retail price from Flint River Ranch and receive
rebates from the company based on their volume.
- I ordered food and got a discount the first
time. If I order again on the internet doesn't the distributor from
whom I first ordered get credit for the sale? ONLY
IF you order from the SAME web site (the
same distributor's web site) then he or she will get credit for the
order. But if you just search on "flint river ranch" whichever
distributor owns that site and drop ships your order will get credit
for the sale. I recently discovered that some of my customers who
ordered from me the first time and received a discount thought I would
get credit for the order regardless of which web site they reordered
from. Unfortunately that is not the case. So if you are getting this
email you have ordered at least once from us (or received samples),
so please save this email, or remember www.allourpets.com/store.

- What if I can't remember where I ordered
the first time? That happens all the time. Actually a lot
of people order through All Our Pets who never heard from their original
distributors, and that is perfectly fine. Also, some distributors
go out of business after a while, so if you don't know who your distributor
is I'm always happy to place your order. Many distributors don't keep
in touch with their customers, some have automated ordering systems.
At All Our Pets Healthy Food I contact each customer individually
via email or US mail and also with a regular newsletter from AllOurPets.com.
If you order using the FAX form and your customer ID, then the original
distributor will get credit for the order. Also, if you order via
phone to corporate (800-354-6858) or from the new corporate web site
at www.frrco.com your original distributor will get credit for your
order. If you can't remember your customer ID and you are my customer,
just drop me an email at allourpets@earthlink.net.
- Who is All Our Pets Healthy Food?
I, Dika Golovatchoff, am the editor and webmaster of AllOurPets.com,
an online pet magazine that has been operating as a public service
for over 6 years. All Our Pets is not technically a non-profit, but
we do donate a large portion of our revenue from selling pet food
to pet and wildlife related charities. In November we sponsored the
newsletter of All For Animals - a non-profit. We feature articles
about shelters such as Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and animal rights
groups such as PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals).
We receive no compensation for all the articles we write or for the
questions on health/nutrition that we answer. All Our Pets distributes
Flint River Ranch and a few other quality pet and human nutritional
products in an effort to generate some revenue. So we really appreciate

- If my organization is a shelter or a rescue
can we get a discount on your food? Yes, All Our Pets suggest
that you become a distributor. It will cost your organization nothing
the first year and $35 per year in subsequent years. You'll get a
19% rebate on your orders in each month where the total volume is
at least 100PV - that's a bit more than $100. Just visit the business
opportunity page of our web site.
- Where is Flint River Ranch located?
- The headquarters are in Riverside, California and Atlanta, Georgia.
There are regional distribution centers in Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Denver,
and Washington State. Food is shipped directly to the customer via
UPS from the distribution center closest to the customer's home.
- Why isn't the food sold in stores? Flint
River Ranch chooses to have independent distributors market and sell
their products instead of selling through retail outlets such as pet
stores. They do not advertise or market their products. They leave
that up to their distributors to do as they see fit. The company does
what it does best - make top quality dog and cat food
