30-day Return Policy: Flint River Ranch will refund full product value, less 15% for original S&H charge, for returns made within 30 days of customer receipt of order. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping to the closest regional warehouse location. Please include a copy of original invoice and statement for reason of return. All "Automatic Shipments" returned will result in the cancellation of future Auto-Ships; contact Flint River Ranch or your distributor to reinstate your adjusted Auto-Ship schedule. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of customer receipt of Flint River Ranch products.

All Our Pets Healthy Food honors Flint River Ranch's return policy. Since orders placed through this web site are drop shipped by the company a customer desiring a refund must return unused product to the nearest regional distribution center. Flint River Ranch will first issue a credit to us after which we will credit the customer requesting the refund. For this reason if for any reason you return a product you should let us know via email to allourpets@earthlink.net.

Furthermore, since the web site ALLOURPETS.com clearly states that orders can only be shipped via UPS to the 48 contiguous states of the United States of Amarica, any order placed to any other location, including but not limited to, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, United Kingdom, Africa, Australia, Asia, and New Zealand will be refunded without shipping, after a deduction of bank charges not to exceed five (5) per cent of the total purchase.
